Umbrella Faces is a worldwide leading, modern and very flexible profile management system for TMCs. The software maintains a large number of real-time interfaces from and to systems such as OBT & SBTs, GDS, HR systems, CRM systems and hotel and rail platforms. Umbrella Faces synchronizes and updates profile data in over 20 booking systems. This guarantees up-to-date profile data, smooth bookings and compliance with EU data protection regulations (GDPR) at all times and everywhere.

Existing Interfaces

Umbrella Faces maintains a large number of connections to booking systems. These include:

GDS: Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, Apollo und Farelogix.

HR Connections

Umbrella Faces can process data from any HR system, including SAP, Oracle, Workday. The development of an HR connection usually only takes one to two days.

Webservices / API

Umbrella has two profile APIs (JSON/REST) that customers and system partners can connect to at any time.

Sync-API: Synchronize profile databases
Pull-API: Query individual profiles
Integration: Umbrella offers simple integration options into existing applications - for example via SSO (SAML) or OAuth.

Rapid Implementation

We can create any interface to your partner system in less than ten working days. Umbrella covers the costs for a connection to a shared new partner system. We charge a small fee to connect to proprietary systems.

TMC administrators can update or extend data mappings at any time.

Umbrella can process mass data files and mass updates in .csv and GDS formats.

Custom Field

TMCs can freely define user-defined data fields at the enterprise level.

User permissions

TMCs can define up to five different authorization levels for accessing and editing profile data.

Profile Reminders

Umbrella Faces sends automatic reminders for expiring passports, rail cards, credit cards and similar documents.

Document management for profiles

Profiles can contain multiple passports and credit cards.

Self-registration

Umbrella Faces enables self-registration of travelers for easy onboarding of new TMC customers.

Company Hierarchy

Approval processes can be mapped along the enterprise hierarchy.

Umbrella Faces is GDPR compliant and provides the necessary workflows to securely process credit card data.
